Workouts will increasingly become more difficult as you work through the weeks of the plan to keep challenging your body and ensure continual progress. You have the choice to do the standalone training program (which will include a non-personalised sample meal plan), or have your Nutrition/ Macros included and personalised to you for the 6 weeks (with a personalised sample meal plan). Your calories and macros will be broken down for easy understanding and will be outlined for each meal.
